Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, shipments may take a little longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delhi NCR: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes across India. Additional COD charges may apply.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing the order. Richi Kardo will not be responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at support@richikardo.com with your order details. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping services may be introduced in the future.
