Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by an unboxing video of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Once your exchange request is approved and the product passes inspection, we will process the exchange for the requested item or size, subject to availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to request an exchange within 3 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and let you know whether your exchange has been approved. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days, subject to stock availability.
